Send every survey response to a Notion database as it comes in.
Connect a survey to Notion and Surbee creates a database for it inside a page you choose, copies in the responses you already have, and adds a row for each new response as soon as it is submitted.
You come back to Surbee with the survey listed under Connected surveys. Click Open database to go to it. It is named Surbee: followed by the survey title.
Each survey has one database. Connect other surveys one at a time.
Each response is one row, with these properties:
After those comes one text property per question, in survey order. Likert and matrix questions get one property per statement or row, coded 1 to n in scale order, the same way as the CSV and Excel export.
Notion limits how much fits in one cell, so property names longer than 100 characters are shortened, and two questions with the same wording get a number on the end to tell them apart. Very long answers are kept in full up to Notion's limit of 200,000 characters per cell.
When you connect, Surbee copies in up to the first 500 responses collected so far, oldest first, at the pace Notion allows. Preview submissions are left out. For anything older than that, use the CSV or Excel export.
If you add questions after connecting, Surbee adds their properties to the database. Properties that are already there are never renamed.
Under Connected surveys, each connection can be:
If you remove Surbee's access in Notion, the connection shows Needs reconnect and stops adding rows. Click Reconnect and approve access again. Surbee keeps writing to the same database and fills in the responses that arrived while it was disconnected.
If the database is deleted or no longer shared with Surbee, Reconnect creates a new one.
