Update your account
Where to change your name, password, and sign-in settings, and how to sign out everywhere.
Your account settings are split across a few tabs under Settings.
Name and photo
Open the General tab. Edit Full name, or click your picture to upload a new one. Click Save changes when you are done. See Profile and preferences for the rest of that page.
Email address
The Account tab shows the email address your account uses. You sign in to Surbee with Google or with a magic link sent to this address, so it is the key to your account.
The address cannot be changed from settings. If you need to move your account to a new address, or you have lost access to the old one, email [email protected] and we will help you.
Password and two-factor authentication
Both live on the Privacy tab. See Privacy and security.
Log out of all devices
On the Account tab, click Log out next to Log out of all devices. This signs your account out on every browser and device, including the one you are using. It is a good step if you signed in on a shared computer.
Deleting your account
To have your account and all of its surveys and responses deleted, email [email protected] from your account address.
