Every survey starts on the Surbee theme: black and white with the Figtree font. You can change it from the editor in a few clicks, and the survey updates as you go so you see what respondents will see.
In the editor, click Style in the top bar. The Quick style panel opens on the right with four tabs: Presets, Colors, Typography and Logo.
A preset sets your colors, font and corner style in one go. Pick one as a starting point, then fine-tune it on the other tabs. The presets are:
The Colors tab has four colors:
Below them, Border radius sets how rounded inputs, buttons and cards are, from None to Full.
The Typography tab lists the fonts you can use, each with a sample so you can compare them. The choice applies to your whole survey. Options include Figtree, Inter, DM Sans, Plus Jakarta Sans, Space Grotesk, Outfit, Poppins, Nunito, Manrope, Roboto, Source Serif 4, Playfair Display, Merriweather, Lora and JetBrains Mono.
On the Logo tab, click Click to upload logo and choose an image. The logo appears at the top of your survey. Once it is uploaded, use Logo position to place it on the left, center or right. To remove it, use the remove button on the uploaded image.
Click All theme settings at the bottom of the panel to open the Theme tab of your project settings, which has the same controls in a larger window.
By default a short footer at the bottom of your survey says it is hosted on Surbee, with links to Surbee's privacy policy and terms. On any paid plan you can remove it:
The setting is marked Pro. On the free plan, the toggle opens the pricing page instead.
Many respondents will open your survey on a phone. Click Preview in the top bar and switch to Mobile to check that your colors, logo and longer questions work on a small screen. See Preview and test your survey.
