Founding Product Designer

Own product design for Surbee end to end, from research workflows to the analytics experience. This is a founding design seat working directly with the founders. You will define how researchers build surveys, read results, and trust their data. Founding equity, based in Dubai. What you'll do: • Design end-to-end flows for survey creation, analysis, and reporting • Build and maintain the design system • Prototype quickly and ship alongside engineering • Talk to real users and turn findings into product What we're looking for: • Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and craft • Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools • Experience with data-heavy or complex product UI • Based in the UAE or open to relocating
