Founding Operations Lead

Keep Surbee running so the team can build. A founding operations and chief-of-staff role covering the work that holds an early company together: operations, hiring, and finance basics. You will work directly with the founders and own the things that keep the lights on. Founding equity, based in Dubai. What you'll do: • Run day-to-day operations, tools, and vendors • Own bookkeeping basics, payroll, and UAE compliance • Drive hiring and onboarding as we grow the team • Take on whatever matters most that week What we're looking for: • Operations, BizOps, or chief-of-staff experience at a startup • Highly organized, trustworthy, and resourceful • Comfort with ambiguity and broad scope • Based in the UAE
