Founding GTM Lead

Own go-to-market for Surbee from zero: positioning, demand, sales, and the early playbook. A founding, generalist GTM role working hand in hand with the founders. You will find the channels that work, close early customers, and build the motion the company scales on. Founding equity, based in Dubai. What you'll do: • Own messaging, positioning, and the early funnel • Run outbound and close design-partner and early customers • Set up the basics: CRM, analytics, and a repeatable motion • Build community and partnerships across research and enterprise What we're looking for: • Early-stage GTM experience, ideally at a technical or SaaS startup • Range across marketing, sales, and growth, not one lane • Clear writing and comfort talking to researchers and buyers • Based in the UAE or open to relocating
