Founding Brand Designer

Shape how Surbee looks and feels everywhere it shows up: the website, the brand, launches, and social. A founding role for a designer who sets visual direction, not just executes it. You will work directly with the founders to build a brand researchers trust. Founding equity, based in Dubai. What you'll do: • Own brand and visual identity across web and marketing • Design the marketing site, launches, and campaigns • Create assets for social, decks, and events • Keep a consistent, distinctive brand as we grow What we're looking for: • Strong brand and visual design portfolio • Range across web, motion, and marketing design • Comfort building a brand from a near-blank canvas • Based in the UAE or open to relocating
