Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Surbee, you will craft end-to-end experiences that make complex research workflows feel simple and intuitive. You'll own the design process from research and ideation through prototyping and delivery. Your work will shape how researchers create surveys, analyze data, and extract insights across our platform. You'll work closely with engineering and product to ensure every interaction feels intentional and polished. We believe great design is invisible. We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and can translate complex data workflows into clean, accessible experiences. What you'll do: • Design end-to-end user experiences for survey creation, analysis, and reporting • Create high-fidelity prototypes and interaction specifications • Conduct user research and usability testing with real researchers • Develop and maintain our design system and component library • Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation What we're looking for: • 4+ years of product design experience at a software company • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and attention to detail • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools • Experience designing data-heavy or analytics interfaces • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
