Account & settings
Privacy & security
Manage your password, two-factor authentication, data sharing, and survey visibility.
Open Settings, then Privacy to manage account security and how your data is used.
Security
- Change password. Update your account password at any time. You'll need your current password to set a new one.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA). Add a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app. We strongly recommend turning this on.
Keep a backup
When you enable 2FA, store your recovery codes somewhere safe. Without them, losing your device can lock you out of your account.
Privacy
- Share anonymous analytics. Lets Surbee collect anonymous usage data to improve the product. No survey content or responses are included.
- Marketing communications. Controls product and feature emails. Account and billing emails are always sent.
- Third-party data sharing. Allows sharing of aggregated, anonymized data with research partners. Off by default.
- Search engine indexing. When on, your public surveys can be indexed by search engines. Turn it off to keep public links out of search results.
Visibility
- Public profile. Controls whether other users can see your profile. This does not affect who can open a survey link you share directly.
Your data
You can request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time. Use the controls on this page, or contact support if you need help.
