Billing & plans

Understand plans, credits, payment methods, and invoices.

Open Settings, then Billing to see your current plan, manage payment methods, and download invoices.

Plans & credits

Your plan determines how many credits you get each month. Credits are spent on AI work — generating surveys, analyzing responses, and running higher Cipher tiers.

  • Your remaining and total credits show at the top of the page and in the account menu.
  • Credits reset on a monthly cycle. The page shows how many days remain until the next reset.
  • Enterprise plans include unlimited credits.

Running low?

If you're close to your limit, upgrade your plan to raise your monthly credits. Free and Pro users see an Upgrade option in the billing page and account menu.

Upgrading or downgrading

Click Upgrade to move to a higher plan — the change applies immediately and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.

Payment methods

Under Payment methods you can add or remove cards. The default card is charged on each renewal. Keep at least one valid method to avoid an interruption.

Invoices

Every charge produces an invoice under Invoices. Open one to view the line items or download a PDF for your records.

Cancelling

You can cancel from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, after which your account moves to the free tier — your surveys and data are kept.
