Connect a survey to a Slack channel and Surbee will post there whenever a response comes in, with the Cipher risk score included, so your team sees data quality at a glance.

Connect with one click

1. Go to Settings, then Connectors, then Slack.
2. Pick the survey you want to connect.
3. Choose whether to be notified about every response or only flagged ones.
4. Click Add to Slack, choose a channel, and approve.

That is it. A test message confirms the channel is live.

Choosing what to send

• Every response. A message for each completed response.
• Only Cipher-flagged responses. Only the suspicious ones, so the channel stays quiet until something needs attention.

You can pause, change the notification type, or remove a connection any time from the same page.
